*New-Old-Stock, Carbon Composition Resistors are known to drift off value with age; some parts have tested almost 20% out of specified value.
This is due to the porous nature of the material allowing the part to absorb moisture over time.
For this reason, we CANNOT exchange or refund Carbon Composition resistors that test out of tolerance.
