The Beverly BitCrusher is based on an Analog-To-Digital chip, that converts the signal into an 8-bit representation. It has a variable sample rate, from a distorted to a totally crushed sound. It also has a clean blend that goes from fully clean to 100% effect
*Please note that this PCB require you to solder a surface mount IC. It does NOT come presoldered with the PCB. But don't be discouraged. The Soic-20 IC format is pretty easy to solder!
