Old-Stock devices. mostly U.S.-made in TO-5 cans but some black glass and TO-22 cases too. Hfe 200 to 500, but we guarantee leakage under 500 microamps at room temp with base open. Drop these into a standard silicon build with no power issues! In my tests, re-biasing is optional and not difficult.
Like all our germanium transistor products these are not returnable. We do our best but the performance and stability of these parts varies widely.
