These are NOS Russian military surplus, in a metal and glass case a slightly larger than the standard DO-7 glass case. They have the part number clearly printed on them. Vf is in the .37-.41 range. These are high quality parts in perfect condition. I have several other similar NOS Russian military germanium diodes available.
