Transistor custom-selection process for one Germanium transistor. Purchase of transistor will be a separate charge (Usually less than $5). Work with our engineering department to specify and obtain a transistor that meets your needs. Generally, gains may be specified within a range of 10, and leakages within a range of 50 uA at room temperature. Transistor manufacturers or part numbers generally cannot be specified.
