These partial reels have a minimum of 1000 pieces; any reel with fewer than 1000 pieces is not available as a partial reel. Buying a partial reel ensures you receive at least 1000 pieces and up the the full reel size (typically 4000 or 5000 pieces).
Prices vary based on how full a reel is, and the relative popularity of the value. Partial reels should always cost less than the equivalent full reel from retail suppliers.
